Terms and conditions for donations (paid by card) made in support of the Yuppi Camping Motion Association through EuPlătesc (EuroPayment Services), on www.yuppicamp.ro.
General Information
One-time or monthly donations are made through our website www.yuppicamp.ro.
The payment is secured according to the protocols of the payment processor: EuPlatesc.ro (EuroPayment Services), when donating through the aforementioned platform. The donor can select the amount of the one-time or monthly donation that will be debited from the bank card provided by the donor. When using the above platforms, the donor agrees to provide true, correct and complete information.

At the time of the donation, the donor will provide the following personal data: first name, last name, e-mail address, mobile phone number. The donor can choose to receive or not to receive information from Yuppi Camp regarding the destination and use of the donated amount.
Regardless of the option chosen for further communication, in the case of a one-time donation by card on www.yuppicamp.ro, after completing and confirming the payment, the donor will receive an automatically generated e-mail from the payment processor (EuPlătesc.ro/EuroPayment Services) and from Yuppi Camp. In the case of a recurring donation, the donor will receive an automatically generated e-mail about the payment status, every month at the time of the payment.
Refund in the case of one-time donations: The donor can request, within 30 calendar days from the date of the donation, the credit of the amount without invoking a specific reason, by sending an e-mail to donate@yuppicamp.ro or by dialling +40 (747) 283 845. To identify and confirm the donation in question, the donor will provide the same personal data used at the time of donation: first name, last name, e-mail address, mobile phone number.
Yuppi Camp will refund the donated amount within a maximum of 5 working days from the receipt of the request, and the funds will be credited within a maximum of 45 calendar days (depending on the card issuing bank and card type).
Refund and cancellation of payments in the case of recurring donations: The donor can request, within 30 calendar days from the date of the donation, the credit of the amount and the cancellation of the payments without invoking a specific reason, by sending an e-mail to donate@yuppicamp.ro or by dialling +40 (747) 283 845. To identify and confirm the donation in question, the donor will provide the same personal data used at the time of donation: first name, last name, e-mail address, mobile phone number.
Yuppi Camp will refund the last donated amount within a maximum of 5 working days from the receipt of the request, and the funds will be credited within a maximum of 45 calendar days (depending on the card issuing bank and card type).
