Fun activities at the Pediatric Clinic III, Cluj-Napoca Children's Emergency Clinical Hospital

“I went together with Mara, from ward to ward, with the aim of bringing a smile to the children’s faces and making their hospital stay a little more pleasant for a while. To get them doing something other than staring at their phones, and to forget about their illness for a bit. At first they were a little reluctant, but then they wouldn’t let us leave.

We even got a mini-concert. We colored, played, made origami, and chatted about everything under the sun. It was tiring, but worth it. We didn’t just give, we received tenfold in return. We left richer than we came. We’ll go again!

These are the words of Bianca Siceanu, one of the Yuppi Camp volunteers who held relaxing and fun activities last week at the Pediatric Clinic III, Cluj-Napoca Children's Emergency Clinical Hospital.

Yuppi Camp's hospital activities have been taking place regularly since 2024, both in Cluj and in Băile 1 Mai. We hope to reach as many children as possible in hospital wards, to make their day a little brighter, a little easier, a little calmer.
