Teambuilding works best when the whole family is invited. 🎈
In September, in Târgu Mureș, we had the pleasure of facilitating Family Day at Topmotive, a day built around one idea: while the adults bond as a team, the kids have their own adventure, all in the same place at the same time.
👩💼 For the adults, we ran ice breaking games, energiser games to get everyone moving and organised a team trivia for strengthening the collaboration between coworkers.
🧒 For the kids, we set up challenge stations with bowling, Jenga and skill games, a craft corner where they made their own paper dancing man and face painting.
A big thank you to the Topmotive team for trusting us with this day and for bringing such great energy. You made our job easy and fun! 🙌
